When can I receive a refund?
If you have received a faulty/ wrong item
If you have received a faulty product then you are protected by our 12-month guarantee. In the rare case that we can't fix the fault you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
Item is no longer required
Any Unopened items can be fully refunded up to 14 days from delivery, with restocking fees for older orders ( see below). You will need to cover the costs of postage if your items aren't faulty, this helps us keep costs and website prices down. All return items must arrive back to us within 14 days of your request or the agreement may be affected.
Up to 14 days from receiving your order: Full refund
15-30 days: Refund minus a 20% restocking fee
30+ days: No Refund.
Cancelling an order
Cancelling an order we haven't shipped yet? Let us know asap on 01254 261173 and will can cancel the order and provide you a full refund.
When refunds cant be issued
We will be unable to offer a full refund if:
Any item is open, even if it's just the outer blister pack (unless it was a picking error at our warehouse)
Orders received over 30 days ago
Optional delivery upgrades that were fulfilled (e.g. next day courier)
Sending back items
Before you send your item back please make sure you have been given a returns number to stop any delays in processing your refund.
