Q) Hi, I have a Canon ipf6300 and every time I turn my printer on I get an error 03130031-2F49
A) Hi this is a voltage error. Replacing your Left print head should rectify this problem
    03130031-2F49 Left Print Head

    03130031-2F51 Both Print Heads

Q) My Canon iPF printer keeps cleaning itself after each print
A) 9 times out of ten you will require a new print head. Try running a nozzle check by going into the test print menu and click on nozzle 1. If you see breaks in the grids or faded colours you will need a new print head.

Q) Do you offer any training on how to use the photoshop plug-in for my ipf8400
A) Yes we do, we can do this remotely and is a free service we offer our customers

Q) Hi what does error 03130031-2F3E mean on a Canon ipf8300
A) unfortunately that is your purge unit and will require an engineer visit

Q) Error 03800500-2F42 appears on my printer
A) The error ending in 2f42 & 2f43 relates to a certain number of nozzle that are block in your print head. Run a nozzle check pattern to see which print head needs replacing.

Q) E161-403E what is it and can I fix it?
A) Hi, error e161-403e relates is an abnormal temperature in your print head. Your first port of call is to replace the print head

Q) Hi, I have just bought a print head and on the protective cover it looks like blue ink.
A) The blue colour is perfectly normal, this is a fluid every print head is ship with.

Q) Canon PFI-8706 inks?
A) Canon PFI-8706 ink cartridges are designed only to work in Asia. The Canon PFI-8706 ink tanks will not work in the new Canon iPF8400 & iPF9400.

Q) Canon iPF6400 with error 03130031-2618?
A) 2618 Error is a printhead voltage error. Perform a nozzle1 printhead check check in service mode to see if one or both print heads need replacing. Please feel free to contact us on 0845 675 2244 and we can talk you through this process.

Q) I can't get my Canon iPF6400 photoshop plug-in to work with photoshop cc on a PC
A) We can get you up and running in minutes, it's simply a case of copying a folder and dropping it in another directory. This is a free service we offer to all our Canon large format customers just call 0800 970 2244 and we will be happy to help.

Q) Will Canon's large format photoshop plugin work with photoshop cc 2015.
A) Yes, we have susscessfully installed this on many of our customers computers
